Highly recommended cleaning service - when things didn't go well, Tanya acted quickly and made things right. Ive never had my home cleaned by anyone before so this was my first experience. The first crew did not do a very good job. At first glance, I though things were cleaned until I noticed some obvious things that just were not cleaned (dusty tables, crumbs on the stove top, unclean mirrors etc.) I contacted Tanya and she brought a new crew. They all were so wonderful, they paid careful attention to detail, and did an excellent job cleaning my home. They really went above and beyond. The team did a great job and left condo in move in condition which was a great relief after a move. Chappells made the job affordable according to the work that needed to be done. I also got new cleaning product ideas.

I Called Tonya on Wednesday and she was able to schedule me the very next day on Thursday for a move in/out deep cleaning project. I contacted other cleaning companies and they couldn't accommodate my last minute cleaning service need. The very next morning Tonya & her team arrived onsite and on-time and started work immediately. My home was in need of a good, spring cleaning. Tanya and her team did not disappoint. They were able to come early due to a cancellation and even brought an extra person. They finished cleaning two floors in about two and a half hours. They were pleasant and accommodating. I hope to have them back to do more.

So I wanted to get my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment cleaned in time for my wife's birthday. I needed service two days before my planned surprise, and I was worried that such a request would not be feasible due to lack of prior notice.
